I can sign in to MyRogers perfectly fine and nothing is out of place there, but anytime I try to sign into this app, it keeps saying that there's an issue with my account. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I've tried clearing the cache, I've tried rebooting, and nothing seems to work. I don't know what else to do to try and get it to work. Giving it two stars because it's only my first time trying to use it, but it's not a great first impression at all.

Spotty. Sometimes it connects well, others it doesn't. Recently (15June,2026) I can't even log in at all to the smart home monitoring or Rogers Xfinity app. I click on log in and a browser opens up but the page stays blank. Tried on multiple browsers and still a blank page.
