Crashes 80% of the time. I use my fingerprint to unlock the app, but it mostly makes me sign in manually. Sometimes I have to disconnect from Wi-Fi to sign in. I finally ended this horrible service and opted for a more reliable service elsewhere. It takes hours just to connect to the right person and was transferred about 3 times during the process. If you are lucky to get to someone to end your service of course.

The app is easy to use and navigate. However, if you have cameras it's way to sensitive, shadows from trees set if off even on yhe lowest setting. Setting the temperature for the thermostat is a bit cumbersome, and the fact that there is no auto feature is strange. There is also no way to set camera zones or "tripwires". I would of thought that simple features would be a no brainer. I'm not a telus fan, but there app is better.

So now I'm changing my review. The not signing in event is a huge issue now, more than before. And now it's not loading videos (saying no media) when earlier the same day, there were videos/pictures. No amount of uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache, restarting, helps these issues. Very very disappointing. Doesn't always stay signed in which is frustrating but otherwise it's great.
