Ratings and reviews

notifications are not very loud. I was contacted by Kyle from Flock Safety. He is working on the issue and he gave me some great tips and tricks that I had no idea could be done with the Flock system. It's good to know that Flock cares and reads each review and doesn't hesitate to try and fix issues.

I work in public safety, and this app has been helpful with performing my duties. If I were to mention one thing wrong, it would be that it force logs me out too quickly, which makes it difficult to keep informed during my shift if I'm not near a computer. If that point was fixed, I would give it 5 stars for sure.

So far this system has been wonderful for our agency. I do notice the app stops working from time to time but I think it is like any technology. But we have already made several arrests.
