OHD Anywhere is a smartphone-enabled garage door controller activated from anywhere via the home's Wi-Fi connection. This connection eases the worry of "did I close my garage door", as it controls and monitors the status (opened or closed) of your garage door from anywhere. App was functioning fine with my door for about a year. Then recently it lost its connection. I was on the phone with tech support for 2 hours to attempt to diagnose the issue just to hear them say oh this is weird. Bottom line, app stopped working, customer service was no help. I probably have bad luck but I gave up using this app.

This app was working perfectly fine until recently. Now I do not get notifications when the door opens or closes. Everything else seems to work fine. I've tried uninstalling/ reinstalling and power cycling the garage door opener but nothing has fixed it. Will update after working with support Update: less than 8 hrs later the issue with notifications was fixed probably a server issue. Works awesome now

We have had our IHD Anywhere for several years without any problems. However, lately we have had many issues with the device. It started with the battery going dead. It was replaced but then the unit would not connect to the router. We changed positions of the sensor. Now it will not properly pair with our phones.
