Ratings and reviews

Not sure what's been going on the past couple months but the app is running horribly. Nothing seems to work, constantly messages I receive aren't popping up until hours later, my messages barely send, etc. The most disappointing part is I PAY for this app. It's not cheap and honestly not worth a dime when it's not even functioning. Please address these issues. The app has become unusable.

App's functionality is at an all time low! If there was a zero rating, I wouldn't think twice about it. Each and every forced update have only degraded and complicated what was once a simple practical app. A few ongoing issues: intrusive annoying irrelevant adverts that force open the Play store or download potential malware sites, oftentimes cause the app to crash, messages delayed or not sent until forced to watch ads, connection issues, profile grid not loading, photos not visible when sent

the chat can be spotty, and the ads are extremely intrusive with "skip ad" buttons that take you to the ad's site. it's not very clear how to dismiss them either. the other issue are just inherent for any app of this type. but the chat and the ads are particularly bad in this one. still, it is rather effective for an app of this type.
