About this app

HealthForYou is your fitness tracking app that enables you to use the functionalities of your wearable to track your activity. With its core functionality to help you track your steps and stay connected, HealthForYou is your perfect companion device app to make sure you stay active, healthy and connected.

The activity area helps you to make sure that you walk enough steps every day and that your body moves enough. You also have the option to enable smartphone alerts for your activity tracker. This will give you call and SMS alerts as well as notifications from your messenger services directly to your tracker so you can stay connected throughout the day.

In addition you can also monitor your:
- Blood pressure
- Temperature
- Weight
- Water intake
- Sleep
- Oxygen saturation

This way, hand-written notes about optimum blood pressure or weight are a thing of the past.

Ratings and reviews

Ambitious app, but not very intuitive. I use it for the thermometer and after it says that it's updating, the main screen does not show the new value. No, if you want to see the new reading it seems you must tap the old reading which goes to a details screen that has the new reading. Confusing? Yes, I thought so too. Maybe someone can explain why the details screen randomly switches to ear temperature and must be switched back to forehead.

Looking at other reviews we have similar feedback, the scales work but don't give all measurements unless you have programmed each user into the device and we never figured out how to do this properly, too complicated and instructions poor. The app doesn't always link up with the device and when it does the readings don't come onto the phone and there are no settings we can find to make this work. It will be going back to Lidl.

At first it worked ok, then I created a profile for another scale user in the house. Since then, pairing the scale to my phone is a nightmare. It fails 90% of the time, either overwriting my profile with the other one, despite selecting the proper user before weighing, and now it starts claiming my profile doesn't exist, even if it's displayed on my phone AND on the scale. Then it will randomly work (after multiple reset/unpairing)... Completely useless app as it is...
