One of the main reasons I use this app is to deposit my paycheck. With the old app I never had an issue, but now the thing hardly ever works and it is extremely frustrating. Every time I try to take a picture of the check it glitches out and sends me back to the accounts screen.

There's no way to tell them you'll be on travelling using the app, with the goal that they don't block transactions, and their secure messaging didn't work, and they won't help via email, and chat, the person kept asking me to keep repeating what was public information and already on their screen.

Heartland CU failed to have their tech department properly test the app to bridge Dane County CU members into the app. I can't get my account info or use my debit cards yet. I don't trust that my checks would properly be bridged and won't be writing any to find out . I am however certain that the system priority is to debit my account for payments I owe. I'll be finding out . In the meantime don't waste your time calling, nobody is answering the phone...
