Data collection system(Dcs)
Data collection system based on predesigned forms.
WARNING
This is an old and completely outdated app. It is for this reason that this app may not work properly on your device. I keep it as a memento in my disaster evidence drawer.
The application that I currently have updated and in development can be found at:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vintapps.kducidad
-Current features:
-Creation of forms through its editing system.
To do this, the application saves its forms in objects called memories.
Within the memories we can create as many forms as we want using for
it the memory sections. The section is where the fields that need to be entered will be entered.
will make up our form. The fields may be of various types. numerical, textual,
ready...
-Collection of data through the capture system.
The capture system is in charge of interpreting the memories generated and converting their
sections and fields in forms that are actually fillable
-Navigation and filters:
If within a capture that contains several records you want to find a group of them in
special you can make use of this system. It can be accessed in two ways. Inside of the
data collector by pressing and sliding the screen to the left or entering the browser
screenshots once any are saved. grabber offers various filters to help find
data within a capture.
-Export to other formats:
the application saves both its forms and the captures related to it inside
xml files, it is designed this way because in the future the possibility of sending the data will be offered
to a server, and xml is a well-known file type for data transmission over
Internet. even so, any data capture made can be exported to these three formats.
Files in excel format, in pdf format or in a jpeg table.
Share the result of your captures in different places using the android share dialog
or use the included FTP client and upload your capture data to a private server.
Little by little, more possibilities are added to the application.
Any questions about its handling, do not hesitate to send me an email and I will be happy to help.
