Rarely will you connect to the camera on the first attempt, usually you're good by the 3rd or 4th attempt to "join". Once your in, the fun doesn't stop! Almost every time you attempt to switch back to the main camera screen from settings, you will have to reconnect. Videos don't seem to be saved in any organized or fashion or with consistent triggers. The video quality is decent for the price though, so I'll give them that

Decent app that's a bit rough around the edges. I don't like the forced landscape mode. Something to consider regarding the WiFi connection: toggle on auto-connect when in range on the SSID of the camera from your WiFi settings. Keep in mind if you use wireless Android Auto which relies on WiFi as well, this may not be feasible. In that case, consider using wired Android Auto. Just something that helped me.

It does what it advertises...after 5 resets and attempts to connect to temp wifi. I have to reconnect every time I open the app and that takes about 30sec, and unreliable at best. It'll do in a pinch, save your money for a more reliable backup camera. I think the camera is good, but the app definitely needs some work. If my phone saves the wifi link, it should remain connected when I'm away from home. Instead you have to use the set up process every single time you leave the app.
