Managing Your Account:

Your privacy and control over your data are important to us. If you wish to delete your account, you can easily do so directly within the app. Please follow these simple steps:

- Account Tab -> Account -> Delete account
- Tap the 3 checkboxes then tap Delete.
- Enter your Wyze account password again and tap Delete.
Upon deleting your account, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers, and you will not be able to recover any data associated with your account.

Ratings and reviews

The cameras have a lot of features. The price is inexpensive. However, when viewing the 3 cameras with Wyze, I can't connect. It takes a few times on every viewing time. It's annoying. I also use another companys cameras and have no connection issues. I will try to resolve this issue with Wyze Tech support, but I may need to buy another product to replace. 6/15/24

Overall, camera and app work. What's interesting is how when I don't have a subscription all of a sudden the software can't tell the difference between wind in trees and actual animal/human movement. Before subscription, I constantly got notifications of movement and it was just wind moving trees or shadows in the camera's field of view. it also very seldom picked up the people/deer in the field of view. With subscription, the perception was nearly perfect. after expiration? back to trash

Constant bugs. Every time there is an update, the settings get jacked up and the notifications stop working or change sounds. Very annoying. I've reached out several times, and they just want me to keep deleting my account and making a new one, reinstalling several times, but nothing works other than installing an old version, but then that gets automatically updated, and back to the sounds not working correctly again.
