Auto mode on its terrible night vision makes it pretty useless at night when there are lights clearly on at night. Just switch it back to color mode, which has a 10 minute timer before switching back? Terrible, absolute Waste of money. Have to pay for each camera as well if you want to use the cloud services. I have 2 of the cameras that seem to only work with this app. I would prefer to never use this app ever again.

Prompted me to update firmware as soon as I connected. Tried about 15 times wired and wireless. Failed every time at 63%. Also there is no recording on movement. It will only send you an alert. You can only turn infrared off for 10 minutes in low light. Tried to log in to the camera via IP address but it asks for a username and password. The username and password for the app doesn't work and there is nowhere to create one. This is going back as there is just too much wrong with it.

If you just bought a carecam camera, return it. The only way to access it is through this app and, at some point, they start enabling ads in the app. Ads that blocks you from accessing your camera. It is just incredible what they are doing. The other day I had an emergency and had to wait a whole minute in order to see my own camera. Terrible company, horrible product in general. Do not know who makes these decisions, but this is terrible for your bussiness and it affecta lives tremendousl
