Ratings and reviews

Video and sound quality isn't great. Auto night vision stays on even in bright lighting. It's really hard to speak or listen to others. The lag is terrible. The camera just glitches a lot. It's extremely sensitive. If you move it a certain way, the camera will automatically turn itself all the way around to the back side. When I'm trying to turn to see specific area, especially trying to zoom in, the camera really seems to freak out and turn all the way to top or back. I don't like this camera.

I just hooked it up It was very simple once you connected to the right internet connection! I had an issue at first because I have both 2.4 and 5G internet speeds and it kept trying to connect to the wrong one! once I figured that out it was simple it took less than 2 minutes to figure it out to set it up completely after that! The picture is great I tried the sound mode but I'm sitting right in front of it so it was a little echoing but otherwise so far it's awesome I love it!

this app sucked. I purchased 2 different plans. I cod nvr get it to the store or even record. the plans are expensive for doing nothing. and I am glad I started making sure everything was canceled. When I went to check I had a year subscription pending $30. I never requested this. So somewhere they were going to squeeze money I don't have. On top of that the second mnthly had only a couple of days on it. In which it never worked just like the first plan. they say no refunds. Buyer BEWARE.
