Poor, unsatisfied. Once you accept the free trial, there is no way to cancel unless you call and then you're waiting on the phone for a long time. ANNOYING

Hello Amy, members have two predominant methods to cancel their services. This can be done by calling our Customer Care Team during business hours or, where available, clicking the cancel button from the member website. I wouldn't not recommend this app to nobody. Right after you accept their trial period they remove your ability to message them and cancel them. It's a bait and trap app and they will make more accouts in your name also that's how it ended up with 3 different accounts with All my information so they can charge all 3 of them. I'm not worried I have life lock so if they don't reimburse me and cancel all of these accounts I will report to them so they will be going after you they asked me about it

To sign up for our service, members must provide personally identifiable information as well as answer security questions provided by the major credit bureaus that only they should know. We have a U.S.-based Customer Care Team ready to assist. We do work with third parties that offer our services, so you may have signed up through a third party.

I haven't subscribed for this app. I was asked by a "potential employer" to complete an identity check for them for free using this app. I logged in, and since that moment, they have been trying to charge my debit every few months. I have no contact to talk to about this to cancel whatever this service is.
