Ratings and reviews

The new update makes the app worst to use. It's so hard to navigate even for bank statements. It used to be simple and quick but the new update makes it too complicated. I even have trouble checking my account balance as there is no option available. There are some options "Deposits, Loan, Credit Card, Invest and Insure". I don't have any loan or credit card so my account is not shown anywhere. How can I get transactions, available balance and other details. The UI should be as simple as it was.

The app was already slow and laggy before and now after the new update it's just worse. I am unable to login to my current account as it throws some system error. Upon visiting the branch I was informed that I must have a savings account only then will I be able to add an existing current account, otherwise I have to resort to internet banking for which I have to apply for a debit card and pay an annual fee. Great customer service.

The End. Horrible! you can't log in. SIM not recognized error. App not opening so can't login to account. All this at a time when I need the details of transactions for Tax calculation purposes. What were they thinking by launching the app without testing? The biggest issue with the earlier version was that there was no feature to search for beneficiaries as they were only available strictly in the manner the were added. No option to search for them or arrange them in alphabetical manner.
