Connected Workflow applications (CWa) from Johnson Controls are mobile applications designed to enable HVAC Field Installers & Service Contractors to deliver onsite services at the customer locations. HVAC field technicians can:
Installer Module
• Discover BACnet compatible equipment controllers on a BAS field bus
• View and test equipment hardware points
• Create “real-time” punch lists per device
Service Contractor Interface
• Create project status and summary reports (based on user registration)
• Follow standard installation and commissioning workflows that provide consistent outcomes (based on user registration)
• Access to a library of alarm resolution tips to provide improved building service
