I love that the content is family friendly. The platform's horrible: not user friendly & freezes. This doesn't happen with other apps. Most of the content is dated, & the library is very limited. The price is ok, which is why I tried it, but likely will not renew again. Also, I am disappointed that I was automatically charged the annual renewal rate without an email warning, & even though I contacted to cancel the same day- the charge was not reversed. As it stands, I wouldn't recommend Dove.

Good content, horrible new interface. Please allow option for use of old set up. This new one is atrocious. The old option was much easier to navigate and find content. The old way was pretty standard across platforms. Don't try and reinvent the wheel
