Terrible experience! Didnt inform us that we need to book an appointment for 2nd dose. Noting the fact that the gap of the 1st dose was too much delayed already. The text from mohap was not enough for them. And the guy who was in AL ITTIHAD, wears all white, was so rude. They are not entertaining our questions really why we had to book an appointment. We tried booking online but no slots are available even! This is not an organized way of letting people get vaccined! Too disappointing. The app is phone design specific!!!! I'm struggling to again book an appointment (which i already had...the card) Communication is key

It can be designed better.. Everytime I open the app it doesn't go home page directly. There's no options to add details of the dependent under family category in android, as for IOS, it does ask the details of the family members but the NEXT Is option is disabled, hence unable to proceed with the registration, also it doesn't highlight where the missing or wrong info is.

Shared the same experience like many others here with the whole second dose thing. And what's worse now is that the app won't let you go any further after the home page, and can't even check if I can get a slot, tried it from both ios and android. This is pathetic. I need the second dose urgently as I am trying to apply for license. Please do something, please fix this bug or provide an alternative solution. This really sucks
