About this app

My mission is to deliver a gym log app that will help you make progress, build strength, and ensure hypertrophy.
I will never change the free feature to a paid one, spam the paywall, limit routines, etc. (all the bad stuff other gym log apps do).

Features:
- Create unlimited gym workout routines - unlimited hypertrophy
- Use routines or start an empty training
- Offline first - some gyms have poor reception, all the workout log data you create is always accessible in the gym log tracker - hypertrophy everywhere
- Use a rest timer to optimize time or maximize recovery to ensure strength gain and hypertrophy when you use my gym log app
- Privacy first - no data tracking in the gym log app - safe hypertrophy
- Dashboard - Many widgets in various sizes. Workout consistency, last log, workouts in this week, exercise or workout metric. See your strength progressing and how is your hypertrophy going
- Custom keyboard to log workout data frictionlessly when working out, essential in the gym log app
- Check exercise execution history on the go to see what weight you used a few training sessions ago in one of your workout logs, to progress and secure the hypertrophy
- Add notes to improve your form, remember the machine setting, or whatever you need to ensure consistent hypertrophy and strength gains
- After the workout, Set the proposed weights, reps, etc for the next exercise execution, for hypertrophy and strength gains
- Backup - never lose your fitness data
- Copy widgets to a clipboard or save them as images to use on your social media and share your strength gains, hypertrophy, weight loss, or last gym log stats
- Charts & stats - see how you perform over time for a specific exercise or workout routine at the gym to know if you are progressing to ensure that hypertrophy and strength gains.
- General day notes - log whatever relates to your workout performance, hypertrophy or gym stuff. One gym log app to store it all
- Track your weight and circumferences

Great app. The creator of this app really has something going. I have used a lot of workout/lifting apps. I will never pay a subscription for one. That eliminates a lot of key features in most apps. This app has everything you need. I'm sure more features are on the way, but this is unbeatable being free with no ads.

Exactly what I was looking for in a workout app! Minimal but has all the features you need. Minimal to no bugs for a small developer. AND NO ADS On top of that all data is stored locally so no pesky 3rd parties taking your information! 100% Recommend for anyone looking to take progressive overload seriously and invest in themselves!

This is really close to the perfect workout app. No ads and pay wall is amazing. About the only thing missing is dark mode, supersets, keep screen on, and folders for routines.

Thanks a lot! There is a dark mode, depending on your system theme. SUpersets are also there, you can select more than one exercise and then press the check "Add as a superset". Screen wake lock will be added soon. And about folders, you can use tags, they behave similarly, just add a new tag to the routine and then you will be able to filter by it
