Di-sales is one stop service application for sales agents to look up all the information of Krungsri bank mortgage product. This application help branch staffs and direct sales provide mortgage loan information to potential customers and proactively support mortgage customers regarding mortgage application and process in the smoothest possible way. This application supports sales agents to be able to instantly suggest prospect customer's affordability, digitally real-time quote mortgage interest rate sheet and proactively respond the loan status to customers. This application helps customers to understand the followings;
- How much can I borrow based on my repayment years and income?
- How much do I pay back monthly for the mortgage loan?
- Mortgage application information, status update and notification
- Real-time interest rate quotation (retrieved online and shared via other application such as Line, email, etc.)
- Document Checklist (a list of documents required to apply for a loan depending on customer qualifications.)
- Loan interest rates from other commercial banks.
