The normal effective interest rate ranges from 21% to 25% per year, and the payment term from 12 to 60 months. Example: The installment of approval credit line 30,000 Baht with 24 months repayment term and 25% interest rate charge is 1,602 bath per month (including principal and interest). In the case of completing a 24-month installment contract, the total principal amount is 30,000 baht and the total interest is 8,422 baht, resulting in a total payment of 38,422 baht over the contract period. Remark: Estimated interest rate charge. The total interest rate charged will depend on repayment behavior of each customer.

With every update it gets slower. Now it's slow as mollases. And zero info on what those updates actually do. It does the job but one shouldn't have to wait 30 seconds to log in after entering password and 30 seconds to see notifications after clicking it. Update '26: it goes "under maintenance" at 11 pm! Why? Because "we are doing you a favor allowing you to use our app". Take another star off.

"system maintenance" at midnight last night. What absurd logic that is... Bolt taxi rejected my ride home because krungsri bank was "closed" what kind of bank simply stops transactions! I'll shop for a better bank. System maintenance should not mean shutting down my account for an hour Same for when I'm using a VPN on my phone... This bank says stop my VPN first. Why?! This app just gets worse. Slow to load. Slow to scan. App not opening today! 🤮

The app says that -15.02 version is required after 24.02, though this version is already installed! Why the up-to-date app shows this message? This is distressing, fix it immediately!
