App notes that an update was done on Oct 27. App does not work now on my phone

I got absolutely no where with this app. The main page was subscription info and it told me already had it. This is the first i have had this app. And well, if thats the free version, the reviews must have been for another app. I had hoped for more.

First its not live its about two years behind they charge 50.00 a year (not bad if it was live)if you want directions . Only thing about saying its live is false info.
