Horrible app!! Why do you charge full price for items on sale, and you can only buy the items through the app?! There is no login page for the website, but you are forced to install an app that has an insane amount of problems. Trying to search for a product is slow and lags, and not being able to ship certain items despite a store having the item available is ridiculous. I can go on and on, but this app is a hot mess, and either should be fixed or shut down permanently.

This app crashes my phone (Google pixel 7 pro) and they don't seem to have a normal web browser site anymore. The one time I was able to get to check out, it said my purchase qualifies for free shipping but would not remove the shipping cost. The closest store is over two hours from me. Lush's customer service number is also "offline." That's not the apps fault, but if the app worked that wouldn't matter in this situation.

Glitch Nightmare. The app is simply horrible. It freezes the phone almost every time I attempt to use it. You cannot just swipe close it away. I've had to do a hard reset multiple times just to be able to use my phone again. When I have been able to add items to the cart, it won't check out or apply the Lush Club discounts.
