ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus’ Android App empowers end-users with mobile password management capabilities. With the ability to reset forgotten Windows Active Directory passwords and unlock locked out domain accounts ‘on the go’, the app helps IT admins reduce helpdesk calls related to password issues. Using this app, users can also synchronize their passwords across a wide range of cloud-based applications and on-premise systems including Google Apps, Office 365, Salesforce, Zoho, IBM AS400, HP UX, Oracle E-Business Suite, etc.

Although the interface/appearance could most certainly be improved, the app itself can be extremely useful. Despite my having installed the app well over a year ago, I have only found myself needing to use iit on three occasions... But, in those three instances, having this app installed & ready to go, was a lifesaver! Whether your locked out of your company account/SSO, forgot your password/need a reset, need to edit your challenge question answers... This app has you covered!

Yes, people who rated earlier are true.. it's pathetic app. First of all it took 3 attempt to get install just less than 4 mb app(tried on 2 device with different network) Don't waste your time on it, it's not gonna help you. Not connecting to the server at all.

I think most of the bad reviews here don't understand how this app works, as the IT admin for our organisation who setup the server for ADSelfService Plus this app works perfectly all it really is, is a glossy front end of the website where you do your resets normally, if your organisation doesn't use ADSelfService then this app will not work at all.

What's new

Issue fixes:

* An issue that prevented the ADSelfService Plus server information from being populated in the AirWatch MDM portal has now been fixed.

* The UI has been streamlined and a few minor bugs have been fixed.
