Ratings and reviews

This app is extremely slow and frequently freezes, especially when trying to view transaction history or select a location for booking. Recently, a different Maruti-authorized automobile/service center transferred the reward points from my old car without my consent. Since then, the app has been prompting me to pay Rs. 750 to enroll in the reward program. It's a frustrating and ineffective app.

Doesn't show price of periodic service. Its shows a ₹0 for all the changes. Now a Great reliable app for managing all your MS car with accurate information. Service details are not available like what service was done or which part removed hence 1 star reduced.

Whenever i enter the correct and valid registration number, it says "Please enter a valid Registration No." What am I supposed to do now? I can't even access the app! This is unacceptable! Very poor app! If you can't run the app smoothly and efficiently, stop using it. Give us a hard copy booklet instead to record our Servicing Details!!
