ordered a mi tv on 29th Oct. and the app shows that it will be delivered by 1 Nov. and now it is 4th Nov. 24. don't know where is my porduct and when I will receive. raised the concern on Mi app on 2nd Nov but still no response was received yet. I am very frustrated and getting mentally disturbed because of Mi. if there will be an option to cancel I want to cancel my order. I am wondering how they provide the service in future.

Mi 11T Pro 5G has been incredibly disappointing. Since they launched HyperOS, the phone has been plagued with issues—slow network speeds, auto-exits from online games, random freezing, and the most frustrating part: the home screen often struggles to load icons. When streaming videos on platforms like YouTube, Netflix, or Amazon Prime, the video frequently rewinds by 10-15 minutes. And this is all happening on a phone with 12GB of RAM! It's unacceptable for a device of this caliber."

Just as expected Mi's app, there service and mostly importantly this brand all are same. About the app:- When you search it will show you what they want and the price they are showing is with the offer it doesn't matter you can redeem it or not! About there service: It's full of patience if you have used their services you should praise yourself cause they will make you wait at least 2-3days just to understand your problem! Overall experience of mine is horrible! One advice don't buy Poco mob.
