Terrible. Cheap phones, your phones offer nothing but visually pleasing UI, that's it. Just an iOS copy, the performance is so trash that I switched back to my old phone, the background apps killing is so aggressive and you can't do anything about it. One update can break all the phones which makes you have to wipe the phone completely, I am disappointed, I have expected better performance from your phones, but of course it's a Huawei, so there's nothing more to say about it.

What the hell have you just done????? Both mine and my daughter's phones updated themselves and now neither will unlock, turn on or off, or pretty much do anything. Absolutely fuming. No need for the update in the first place and now you've left us completely phone less. I've spent the entire day trying to salvage them Sort it out!

Won't be using Honor anymore in the future. I'm currently using x9a and it's a TERRIBLE experience. Camera lag a lot to the point that I can no longer record, already sent it to the centre to get it fixed but it's still the same.Call doesn't function nicely,loud speaker doesn't work well,No recording during call feature. Just AWFUL!! THIS PHONE COST MYR1000+ but the phone itself doesn't work like one.
