I’ve enjoyed using the Milieu Surveys app, but after the recent update, I received a message saying, "This app isn't compatible with my device anymore. Please contact the developers for more info!" My Samsung Galaxy J1 Mini (Android 5.1.1) can no longer open the app. I'm disappointed as I can't afford a new smartphone. Any guidance on accessing the app or alternative solutions would be appreciated. Thank you!

Dear Milleu tech team, 1 of the better survey apps. Thank you! Just a query. Since 1 or 2 months ago, the pop up box to turn on notification for any new survey does not work and it pops up at every survey long and short is negatively impacting user experience. Any way to turn it off if it doesnt serve its purpose or to fix it to ensure it notifies if we choose yes.

Hi there! We encourage you to turn on push notifications so you don’t miss any important updates, like new surveys or reward info. However, it's optional! You can easily turn notifications on/off anytime from the "Account" section in the app. Thanks for being part of the Milieu community!

These past few days everytime i open the app, it shows the milieu logo and loads very slowly. Edit: it fixed itself, it seems like the issue rarely happens
