Ratings and reviews

This app is not user friendly. Every time you log in it requires a pass code. When getting the pass code you have to go out of the app (text or email). Then, when returning, it requires sending another code. The only way to log in is to have a second phone that has your email or send it by text to another phone. Poorly done, ridiculous and stupid!

Downloaded the app because everything was supposed to be very convenient everything in one place. Yet whenever I try to do anything on the app it has 'issues connecting to server' tried using cell instead of Wifi same issue, tried a different wifi same issue. Waited a few hours and tried again, same issue. For as much as these companies are making you'd assume they'd hire someone competent to run their app.

I enjoy using this app for a quick e-visit, scheduling an appointment or checking test results! It's also great for communicating with Dr. Thomas & his great staff and it saves me a lot a time! I will check out this app & see if it has a workout diary, goal setting & a training plan & if not, maybe Kelsey techs can add it so it can be a more useful tool in our health journey! The app does have a Track My Health, but not workout.
