It is very unstable. Most of the time app shows offline. I've tried everything such as reset and format. It is showing Firmware update but it is not getting update. Sometimes it is getting turn on and off automatically. It worked fine for few days then it got updated. Not very good product it can be used as simple Bulb only now.

I have been using Smitch Smart switch board and smart bulb for more than a year. The performance is ok but sometimes the app get on my nerves. After working perfectly for a stretch of 4-6 months, the app stops responding completely for a few days. Then everything goes back to as it was. I don't know what causes it, but it is very frustrating. I have tried to reinstall the app, cleared the cache, etc for preliminary troubleshooting but nothing works. Please fix this issue SMITCH.

The scheduling function never works properly. I have been trying to edit the timings for the events created on my power strip, the timings gets updated in the app but nothing happens. After the recent update (2.7.1) I cannot even select the individual plugs in my power strip to set a schedule. Tried factory reset, removing and adding the device from app, downgrading to the older version.. Nothing works. I have been using it for 4 months now and the scheduling function has always been buggy.
