I try to add 10 years to my domain, but I constantly get this error "The total amount of your purchase is not confirmed. Please wait or go back and open this page again". Nothing I do seems to work. Additionally, adding 10 years (one decade) doesn't seem to even be an option on the actual (mobile, at least) website. I logged on with my computer and everything was fine.

If you are purchasing domain from namecheap it's totally worst as their support team is too slow. As I have puechased a domain in dec but for some reason I forget the username I choosen for my account then I was unable to access it again it's security is too unresponsive. And also it's Dashboard is like Nightmare if you want domain go through AWS it best and reliable. As these cheaper domains offered by namecheap are totally waste as at the whole time I can't access my domain to reconfigure it

A user experience NIGHTMARE. A giant steaming pile. Unbelievably bad. I cannot properly explain in words how bad this app and their website is but I will certainly try. If you are in the middle of a giant "beast mode" search with a nice long list of names (just being creative) and you hit generate and after 20 minutes of waiting for it to load, you get logged out, then you lose your fkn progress!!! I have lost so much time trying to search for domains that I literally don't care anymore.
