Support is not that great. I called the customer support telephone number and I was disconnected. I’m trying to replace a Hearing Aid.( I lost one of the originals.) and I cannot get the new hearing aids. I received to sync with the app. How do you get rid of the Hearing Aid left from the first ones and replace it on the app with the hearing aid you received and replace.

My first pair had problems connecting, but Customer Support I believe has been improved. I got replacements which work well, and my guess is they are on the right track. These are a bargain compared to the expensive ones, and again customer support has been very good to me.
