I'm unable to use the he app. I can pair with my phone but the app says no olive found. I tried a lot of times with also another phone. Nothing...??? Any help will be appreciated. This is about the olive first generation. How it is possible to pair with the Bluetooth and it works when I have calls but the application says there's no olive around? Because of that I cannot use it as a hearing aid.

The only thing that works is the tutorial. No access to home or calibration etc. There are no 3 horizontal bars in the upper right corner as pictured in the preview. I have the android version.

Used to work but no longer connects to app. So hearing aid capabilities lost. Can listen to music and get calls, but cannot use hearing aid options.
