Not working at all. When I try to do something (send a document for refund) the application keep on going back to the login page and I have to type the password/use fingerprint, then do all the steps to send the document and when I want to send the document, it goes back to the login page. Tried to reinstall, clear data, cache etc but didn't work.

It's simple to use. One frustration is that if you leave the app for one second, it locks you out and removes all text / progress you've made and have to start again. No need for sure hyper-security in my opinion

App can be improved. 1. There is an issue when upading documents and submitting them, the form sometimes crash. 2. Too much space at the top of login page, just make it centered vertically. 3. Can't close the app normally.
