Can't connect from any device that shows the blender in the caveman written application. No options to search for you blender... unplug and pray on app restart that you get connected. Called and had base replaced and it still fails. LG6, LG8, Samsung Note 9 and Samsung 8 all d fail to connect via app. You can see it via bluetooth settings but you can't connect to it like a normal bluetooth device... app connection only. Buy a cheap blender at least you can turn it on and use. This is a waste..

this app is so much more work than it's worth. the blender would be great if I could just set a time and hit start. but no the app has to crash six times I have to navigate at 5 dozen menus. I just want a damn smoothie without having to go through 10 minutes of setup through a stupid app. heard of keep it simple. it's a smoothie machine not my dietary watchdog. Very disappointed with setup and use. Would not recommend too much hassle.

Installed this 20 seconds ago. (1) hangs when I tried to do the initial connection to the device...just shows a black screen (2) tried reconnecting with the app... literally unclear instructions on how to connect (3) since nothing was connecting I hit back and it crashed again. Really bad product development and testing. Please reach out to the team and improve testing and fix defects.
