Ratings and reviews

Very poor experience. No help line number or customer service from pizza hut to call. We are left at the mercy of the store and their wrong updates (lies). Order was not even picked up from the store but got a sms stating the order has been dispatched. The app displayed the message "order has arrived" but the order did not arrive even 30 minutes after the message.

This app provides virtually no way for addressing any grievances that may arise. An issue I keep running into is that they show that the order has been delivered a very long time before the order ever reaches you. The app never provides any ETA for your order either making it impossible to track the progress of your order.

Had a very bad experience by ordering pizzas from this app. Every time I had take it from the store and while I have ordered it through app on 14th October (order ID #11725425) hoping it would be delivered but unfortunately it is still showing food is ready for delivery and there is no way to contact them. I suggest others not to go for this outlet rather Dominos provides a great UX.
