After having received a horrible service in Gemlik area, wrote through this app a complaint. No one responded. Days after the incident, called şok directly. Was told that someone would get back to me. This was about two weeks ago. Beware! Apparently, my review wasn't clear enough about your resolutions department. I DID CALL WITHOUT AVAIL! I'm deleting the app and no intentions on using your poor services via app/online.

My deliveries have always arrived incomplete there is no way to contact anyone about the missing items or the status of the delivery. No refunds for missing items and the language of the app is only Turkish. I do not receive all of my items when the delivery gets to my address. If the products are not available the app should show that and an automatic refund should be given. I will not be using it again unless it is fixed this has been a big problem for me.

I tried other online shopping apps but cepte şok has turned out to be the best so far. I understand that the app is not fully in English but I can manage that. the payment method is fantastic and the delivery is always quick. most of the time I am satisfied with the service they provide. cheers to the team of cepte şok for making such a great app that functions fantastic.
