Ratings and reviews

The app feels very scammy lately - they give you one price on the product page, then double the price in the cart. They ask for a lot of personal information - email, phone number, then once you provide it, they remove the first order discount. They also have imaginary discounts applied to the products, that aren't available once the product is in your cart. It used to be a nice app, but now, most products are bought from Shein and sold for double the price. The Assistants don't help in any way.

The majority of the items are of good quality and the prices are very reasonable. But one problem I have seen is that they do not deliver the orders together. For example, if I order five items, they will deliver all five items separately in different shipments. I would like to see if this can be improved as per my suggestion.

I ordered from Trendyol over a month ago, and the promised delivery date was December 6. The order was never delivered. There were no updates, and despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I received no response. This level of service is unacceptable. I had a very undelightful experience and would not recommend ordering unless this issue is properly addressed.
