Appreciated trying the 7 day free trial to be able to add more than 10 stops. The optimization feature was good, 4/5, but I experienced clear false data after optimizing further on my own. I had everything set up to "Optimize by fastest route" however when I changed a couple stops around, both travel time and total time, as well as the milage ALL went down. Also I wish a feature was also present to weight the importance of stops to have them ordered higher when "optimizing".

Absolute must have app if you are running a route. I think I started using it about 8 years ago. My main complaint is the consistently terrible customer service. Emailing support is absolutely pointless. It's clear that the support reps do not read the emails. They glance over them and hit whatever canned reply will get them back on break soonest. They never ever answer my question accurately which shows me they never read my question. But they consistently offer to do something else!

Great route optimization app, free version let's you optimize ~ 8-10 stops per route. HOWEVER, the real reason I'm taking time to leave this review: gave the pro version a try and forgot to cancel in time. Emailed the company assuming that it wouldn't make a difference, as most companies count on you forgetting to end trials which allows them to start charging you, BUT THEY REVERSED THE CHARGE. This says everything about this company. Only thing they could change is ease of address input. ❤️
