The interface is good, but the travel times are completely unrealistic. It's as if they don't account for traffic, red lights, roadworks etc. The last few times the app has told me to drive down a road that is closed for roadworks for 3 months (Footscray Road, Melbourne, eastbound). The app frequently tells me do U-turns or other manouvres where they aren't permitted. So, with unrealistic travel times, and relying on illegal moves, how can I trust that the route is actually the best? I can't.

The app is good but I've experienced a few times where the app completely disregarded the time deadline on the next stop and sent me to a stop 10 minutes away. I only discovered it when I arrived at the stop only to notice that I could have made the deadlined delivery on time if only I had checked my delivery itinerary instead of relying on Circuit. I ended up having to backtrack to the delivery point. I really hope the dev team fixes this issue because it is frustrating.

I like the idea of this app and overall it's a great app however my one and only big complaint is the fact that once adding all of the stops you can only go by what it thinks is best instead of rearranging it to run it in your own order, for instance newspaper carriers like to run their routes in a certain order. And Google maps which you can arrange only goes up to I in the alphabet. So the app needs improvement.
