Adequate but annoying. It keeps nagging to be rated. Can't get through a 'workout' without the annoying pop-up. Beyond that the app is acceptable. No frills and just enough options to be useful, but I despise pop-ups to rate an application and then when I click on it to rate it nothing happens. I am going to see if there is anything else on the market.

First, as soon as the new app was released it became impossible for me to link to the device. I had to get a new one. Now I'm very disappointed with the latest version of the app.. The Interface does not link to the device nearly as quickly requiring me to reach behind my back press the start button multiple times. My back hurts enough as it is without the need to struggle starting it up. Too bad.

I contacted the app for 3 days. They do not have 24/7 service like they say, more like zero. I love their product. It worked great until it had a software update that didn't work at all. After contacting them multiple times via email, I gave the app a try this evening and my unit is now functioning. It stays on great. I use it a minimum of an hour every night. It's a great product. I just wish customer support was better. Would have been nice if they emailed me back and said we fixed the glitch.
