I've been trying to verify my BVN since I opened my account to no avail. After I'm done going through the rigorous exercise of capturing my face, the next page (please wait a few minutes...) will load for almost an hour without any feedback, I end up closing because I have to do other things on my phone. Going through reviews, I discover it's a general issue. I'm disappointed ROQQU team can't solve this issue.

your new update app is rubbish, I can't go beyond the new stupid feature asking for username. I was stuck in there all day, pressing the continue option button for hours after inputting the username on the box. you guys should fix this nonsense. B4 the updating the app, I can't verify my bvn I did the 3seconds video verification for days I couldn't get verified. There's a lot of issues with the app.

I can't actually rate this app because I just created my account and was asked to verify. I have tried doing it but the selfie leaves you posing forever without capturing your face. It's a shame because I have heard a lot of good things about roqqu. Edit: Turns out most of us are just really terrible at following instructions. All you have to do is to actually smile as you are told, then you will see progress in the verification process(and in life!) I'll be back with a better review later.
