First time I'm using the app and I'm already having issues...made a transaction that should have reflected almost immediately, 3hours down the line and no one is saying anything,support link not working on the website, tried chatting them up on insta no reply, no message option on Twitter, can't find an email address anywhere......P.S my issue still haven't been resolved....

Hi Bassey, we are sorry about the experience you had with our app... however, we were actually debugging at the time and the version you had downloaded was still with the bugs which have right now been fixed pk the latest version. I just downloaded the app and testing it. I have a few observations. 1. When trying to send cryto to a bank account, it does not show the rate at which it is being sent. Red flag 2. I could not find an option to buy cryto with my bank card within the app. 3. There's no way to contact support within the app if I need help urgently.

After sign up I tried to login it display an error occurred, sometimes invalid email address. I cant login till very moment after several triers, This is strange hope all is well here. Because is too early as a new comer to this platform. Kindly check, fix and revert on when to try again.
