Ratings and reviews

Shame AI didn't write the program because AI will respond to your query. These jokers turned off a feature that has been perfectly working for the last 8 years for no credible or valid reason. It wasn't broken!!!!!! This feature was the Windows Terminal clock in terminal - programed to 1500 tills in our group. With no notice, too. So now they say we will need a dedicated tablet!!! or allow staff to carry their mobile phone, which is a security risk/ against our policy #rotacloud alternative

Very Annoying, Unfortunately it's not the same App used to be when it was started, you can't see or open shift as used to be. It was simple and easy to use but not anymore. Now you have to click on every single day just to find if you are in, even if you managed to find it you can't read as words are not fit in, may be font is too large. Strangely from time to time the app can't remember my login and cant see my shift as a list as it used to be in chronoligical order.

The new update is messy. Don't purchase anything until they've sorted it. It used to be easy to see which staff were in which branch, but now it's all laid out on one dynamic grid that needs to be scrolled to see everything. Have been paying the (quite high) subscription for over 7 years but am going to consider an alternative now. We just want a rota, nothing else. Life lesson for developers - Do not fix what is not broken!
