It allows users to engage directly via chat with the assigned care manager to help them learn how to stay healthy alongside motivational support to help them stay on track every step of the way. Members can access the jam-packed program, filled with resources and daily missions to get them on a path to living their best life, all through a single app that can be used on-the-go, anywhere, anytime.

As a Concierge Care user, your assigned care manager can help you schedule appointments, understand your health plan and associated costs, prepare for provider appointments, assist with prescription refill and transport for health needs, and so much more. You’ll also find medication reminders and support, an interactive food log, educational resources, and hundreds of activities and challenges to help you improve nutrition, physical and mental wellbeing that you can complete alongside your health buddy.

Yes I think the app is very essential I like it because unable to keep in touch with my people at the insurance company without having to call them all I have to do is go down the line and I can pick out my case manager social worker and all four registered nurses on my app so have I ever need anything all I have to do is text them I've gone through a couple hard times in the past year or so and they have actually checked up on the everyday signature I was doing okay it's a good deal thank you

Since updating this app today 5/27/24. It freezes on health when I tried to go and put my new wieght in I really like having the conversations between my nurses very helpful and the nurses act very concerned.

The app is terrible!!!!! I was one of their first testers on a website called Tester work and I can assure u it's just a waste of time. I told them the truth(that the app wasn't realistic as they thought) and guess what they did, THEY REMOVED ME FROM BEING A TESTER.I surely know that all testers had the same opinion as me but no body wanted to talk because the developers didn't want to hear it. Anyways, don't waste your time trying this app there are better options , there are better options.
