Ratings and reviews

Only free to make your ad. To post it, which you have to pay $12-14.00 weekly or $59.00 monthly just for your ad to be "Active Visible" to have full access to possible tenants. Horrible It's annoying the app allowed tenants to contact you free for a room, but never paid to upgrade to receives a response. We are the ones paying wasting money. Weird people on there sending automated "Looking for room" all the time. Never read your listing and never pay. No it's "NOT" as they advertise.

Great ! Intuitive interface, quick lookups with useful filter set. A bit of an investment to pay for max coverage. $25 grants your ad in bold for 6 months- 3mos + a 3 month extension in case you still need it. Background check to verify your phone, email and criminal dings. $20 And if you run into a sketchy person during your search, customer support is excellent 👌🏽 Remember, never send money sight unseen to a property lister who won't show the property until you pay some crocked up fee.

I think the app is nice and it definitely shows more relevant rooms ads than the larger companies. My only complaint and it's not the fault of the app developers is the then landlords. It's clear some are older or have trouble with the language but they make it difficult to communicate and I've lost out on some great properties because of the lack of proper communication. Maybe they can add pre-made responses so that miscommunication stops happening.
