I used Tavour for years when I lived in WA, and it was wonderful. Sometimes, I'd opt to pick up to save shipping for a small box, sometimes I'd skip a month, and sometimes I ended up with 4 boxes. Then I moved to WV, and I can't get it here. That's fine. After almost 2 years, I figured I'd check since others ship here. There's literally nowhere on the site I can find this! I had to reinstall the app and update my address, just to be told I'm out of range. :-/ Annoying.

I don't know how to change my previous rating. Overall, the company and app are great. Great beers and great customer service. But there is a bug (my phone, the Pixel 2 is effected) and it requires turning off your app backup. You might have to uninstall/reinstall after doing that. I did. The company was quick to help me fix the issue. This bug was, well, bugging me! But they were on it to help me fix it. I do totally recommend this app!

I've been using Tavour for about 2 years. Overall it's a good service. Not cheap, but it does give access to beers I otherwise would never get to try because they aren't distributed in my area. I had one shipping issue quite a while back, but Tavour customer service was prompt to help me coordinate with the delivery service to resolve the issue. The app itself can be buggy. For example, I often get notifications for beers that don't show up in the app.
