This latest update completely ruined the app! It's full of bugs, constantly crashes, and is barely usable. Features that worked fine before are now broken or gone, and for now it is a mess. It’s clear the developers didn’t test it properly. I've lost all confidence in this app – don't waste your time downloading it!"

The BOK Digital App is an absolute disappointment. It’s plagued with technical glitches, crashes frequently, and makes even basic banking tasks unnecessarily frustrating. The interface is outdated, slow, and not intuitive at all. Essential features that are standard in other banking apps are either missing or barely functional. To make matters worse, customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving users stranded with unresolved issues. For a bank of BOK's stature, this app is an embarse.

After updates the app have several issues. First of Fund transfer is very difficult always shows msg entry already exist. Duplicate entry and while paying utilities bill shows msg entry doesn't match. Resolve this issue asap. 28-1-2025 After the new updates dashboard tabs are not visible. Login screen crashes most of the times. What a mess is the App
