This latest update completely ruined the app! It's full of bugs, constantly crashes, and is barely usable. Features that worked fine before are now broken or gone, and for now it is a mess. It’s clear the developers didn’t test it properly. I've lost all confidence in this app – don't waste your time downloading it!"

I have never given bad reviews to any app but I had to specifically open my playstore to give my reviews for this app as the experience was extremely bad...I have been using it for more than a year they only have limited features ...it keeps buffering and I had to make an urgent payment and the app kept saying the payee is on the entry list due to which the payment wastn going through but no recommendations as to what I should do next inorder to solve the issue. Worst experience.

It was working fine but recently I updated my Bok app and send two 16k plus transactions to my jazz account but didn't receive so far. Also my balance debit from my Bok account. Even it doesn't show either my transaction done or in processing, I was trying just one transaction but I did too as It was not showing any transaction done.
