They can never help when things go wrong - why cause the rules are in their favour. We paid for the year and apparently we clicked on the wrong location- never happened before - but that's the only reason so now when we asked if it can change - no we need to buy another pack. it was working earlier ,but some magic happened so we have a pack that's useless - can't transfer can't refund can't adjust. How flexible. Last year we were on auto renewal but that didn't happen! So we paid full. Waste

Delivery is not working properly (long waiting time and not delivered orders due to issues on their vendor integration etc) and their help center is not doing anything other than copy pasting standard messages. For them it is okay to make the customer wait for 1 hour without informing that their order is not even reached to the vendor. And they even do not compensate a small voucher etc. for that horrible experience. It is not okay to only refund if you waste customer's time with your broken app

2 days unable to enter my account, I made wrong decision to renew it, it is not realy Worthed as they promised, meny time I got this type of issue not to be able to access and most of the restaurant have better offers with them or even with other appliances, but it's to late,,,,, Today 28/6/24 I paid for this membership but since more than 15 days not customer support response and even not yet fixing my login issue ,why ? Again Since 3 days I'm unable to access my account again from 2nd Sept 24
