Ratings and reviews

Earlier the point system was good where you get 1 point per KD spent. Now that is not the case anymore, it now depends on what items you bought that are not in offer/promotions. Even if you spend 10 KD, you will get negligible points if the items you bought are in promotions. No point in being a member of this type of point system.

Installing this application is not necessary. It's the worst. Poor customer service and inventory control..

Most of the time they will call me back that they don't have the selected items. This usually goes for the discounted products, which they will change for a more expensive option of you let them. I cancel these, because I find it unprofessional to offer products on a discounted price while you don't have them on stock (bad system is not an excuse). Often they are late. Once I bought a nail clipper and it came in an open box. They asked me if I wanted to replace. App is OK, service is not
