Ratings and reviews

Most of the time they will call me back that they don't have the selected items. This usually goes for the discounted products, which they will change for a more expensive option of you let them. I cancel these, because I find it unprofessional to offer products on a discounted price while you don't have them on stock (bad system is not an excuse). Often they are late. Once I bought a nail clipper and it came in an open box. They asked me if I wanted to replace. App is OK, service is not

The app is okay if you pay by cash. If you pay using a credit card, It will crash many times. Sultan also has the worst drivers. They don't know how to reach your place even with a detailed address. They call you so you can send them a location, and if u don't answer immediately, your delivery will be postponed for the next slot, which can take hours. I receive a lot of deliveries from different companies. I never have issues with the other apps such as Raha, Lulu, Jameia, drops, city center...

Trying for one week 24 hours the application gives no appointments available for delivery!! What is the useful of this application?! Fixing an issue and coming with another issue! Things to improve: Search results (Arabic & English) not accurate Replacement of products (have to select do not replace the product for each item!) I'm adding the items because I need exactly this item not another one! If the items not available in the store you have to make it unavailable in the application! Thanks!
