I downloaded the app because I just moved into a new apartment with no furnishings. First off, the app kept closing down by itself and wouldn't let me view anything. Secondly, if you didn't have at least 20 credits you couldn't message the people. And you can't get credits without watching ads and the ads were limited. So 1 star.

Not at all in the spirit of what Free recycling is about. Full of ads and pushes for subscription service 😡 You have to watch 20 ads to get credit to message one person!! Really? Plus locations are not shown on ads, so you will watch 20 ads and then find out actually the item is in another galaxy 😂🫣

Having to watch credits to message people is a ridiculous way to set this up, and the freecycle website has been made to be all but unusable. Such a shame that a great, wholesome idea has been ruined by greed and human incompetence.
