Ratings and reviews

Being advertised online in NYC area and the app isnt designed well. You cannot share contact information through the app, and they do not police the adds enough making sure the poster provides enough information on the scope of work. It also seems like there are a lot of bots on the app and a majority of the posts are the same description and add but from another profile. Because the app is new theres no way to differentiate who may be a bot scammer or legitimate person.

Support is non existent. Created a case to refund my money and 24 hours later case was closed with no response. Then I asked Tasker to cancel their offer (because they asked for a price increase after already accepting before even showing up) and they are unresponsive. So now if I cancel my task I have to pay a $7 fee for situation out of my fault. Went to pretend to repost the task (I backed out, did not submit and the app still posted it). Not honest app. So far poor experience with the app.

very easy to navigate and meet up with people needing things done. I got a job the first day that I made my account, went to do the job the next day, and got paid shortly after! Highly recommend! The app does take fees out of your money earned but if you pay to get to other tiers they take less out, and also be aware the pay after you complete a job is deposited into your account a few days after you complete the job, not immediately just fyi...
